As you swipe to rotate the logo notice light renders off the shiny surface. Light and shadow process in the shaders, to provide a sense of depth and realism.
The logo was modeled with 3ds Max and ported to WebGL with my 3D Translator. 3D Translator's freely available on the Microsoft Store.
